Tiffany Grant is a community advocate, nonprofit leader, fitness enthusiast, and finance professional running for Frederick County Council At-Large. Raised in a military family, Tiffany experienced housing instability after losing both of her parents at 18—an experience that shaped her commitment to ensuring essential systems like housing, education, healthcare, and public safety work for families when they need them most.

A survivor of domestic violence and member of an ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) household, Tiffany understands the challenges working families face. Through her career in finance, service as a Chief Judge for Maryland elections, and work with local nonprofits, she brings fiscal discipline, transparency, and people-first leadership to building a stronger Frederick County.
